Terms and Conditions:
- Invoice will grossed up 4% from the total cost for PPH, which will be deducted directly by the tenant, tax payment slip should be sent to our address. Any taxes are excluding accept PPH 4%.
2. If car usage more than 12 hours will be
add and additional charge 65.000 IDR/hour in week days, 70.000 IDR/hour in week
end days, and 80.000 IDR/hour in national holidays (red dates).
3. Territory rental is only in Jakarta,
When car used out of Jakarta it will be charged additional out of town fee 100,000 IDR/day
4. If the driver must on duty for more
than 12 hours it will be charge an additional 30,000 IDR for driver’s dinner, -
and when the drivier must on duty until midnight (24:00 pm) it will be charged
for driver’s extra money about 35,000 IDR because it has entered into another
day.
5. If the driver must spend the night on
duty, all drivers’ accommodation paid by tenant.
6. All basic fees have to be transferred in
advance through to the Bank BCA No. 6610341185
with account name: TB. Aji Karta Kusumah and the additional fees can be pay by cash
trough to our driver.
7. For cancellation policy : a. Cancellation
3 days before, there will be a 50% charge.
b.
Cancellation
2 days before, there will be a 75% charge.
c.
Cancellation
1 day before, there will be a 100% in full charge.
8. If agreed, this offering letter is valid as a contract of
work cooperation.
